Welcome to Beehive Baby! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beehive Baby mobile application ("App") operated by Digital Property Brokers ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Beehive Baby. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Property Brokers.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Beehive Baby
- Users under 18 must have parental consent
- Commercial transactions should be conducted by adults (18+)
3.2 Geographic Requirements
- Must be located within the state of Utah
- Must select a valid Utah city for listings
- Service not available outside Utah
3.3 Account Security
- Apple Sign-In required for authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Must provide accurate contact information
- One account per person

4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment Method: All fees processed through Apple App Store in-app purchases
- Currency: U.S. Dollars (USD)
- When Charged: Fees charged immediately upon purchase
- Taxes: Additional taxes may apply based on your location
4.3 Refund Policy
- Posting Fees: Non-refundable once listing is published
- Contact Unlock Fees: Non-refundable once phone number is revealed
- Technical Issues: Refunds considered for confirmed technical failures
- Apple Refunds: Subject to Apple's App Store refund policies
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1 Acceptable Use
When using Beehive Baby, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use real photos of actual items for sale
- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
- Meet in safe, public locations for transactions
- Treat all users with respect and courtesy
- Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent Listings: Posting fake, stolen, or misrepresented items
- Spam: Excessive posting, duplicate listings, or irrelevant content
- Harassment: Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate communication
- Scams: Any attempt to defraud other users
- Off-Platform Transactions: Attempting to bypass app fees
- Commercial Abuse: Using personal accounts for business operations
- Data Scraping: Automated collection of user or listing data
6. Listing Guidelines and Prohibited Items
6.1 Allowed Items
Beehive Baby is for baby and children's items only, including:
- Strollers, car seats, and travel gear
- Cribs, high chairs, and furniture
- Baby clothes and accessories
- Toys and learning materials
- Feeding supplies and bottles
- Baby monitors and safety equipment
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are NOT allowed:
- Recalled Items: Products subject to safety recalls
- Used Car Seats: Car seats involved in accidents or over 6 years old
- Drop-Side Cribs: Banned by CPSC for safety reasons
- Homemade Items: Non-commercial, unregulated baby products
- Adult Items: Products not specifically for babies/children
- Damaged Safety Items: Broken helmets, damaged car seats, etc.
- Expired Products: Formula, medications, or dated safety equipment
- Counterfeit Goods: Fake or unauthorized branded items
6.3 Listing Requirements
- Accurate Photos: Real, recent photos of the actual item
- Honest Descriptions: Truthful condition and feature descriptions
- Fair Pricing: Reasonable pricing based on condition and market value
- Complete Information: Include all relevant details and defects
7. Safety and Community Guidelines
7.1 Transaction Safety
We strongly recommend:
- Public Meetings: Meet in well-lit, busy public places
- Bring Support: Consider bringing a friend, especially for high-value items
- Daylight Hours: Conduct transactions during daytime when possible
- Cash or Venmo: Use simple, secure payment methods
- Trust Instincts: If something feels wrong, prioritize your safety
7.2 Community Standards
- Treat all community members with respect
- Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior
- Honor commitments and communicate clearly
- Support fellow Utah families
7.3 Reporting System
If you encounter problems, you can:
- Report inappropriate listings directly in the app
- Contact our support team for serious issues
- Block users who behave inappropriately
8. Content and Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of photos and descriptions you post
- You grant us license to display your content in the app
- You must own or have permission to post all content
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your content

- Beehive Baby app design and functionality are our intellectual property
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
- You may not copy or reproduce our app features
8.3 User-Generated Content
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
- We are not responsible for user-generated content accuracy
- Content moderation helps maintain community standards
9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Contact Information Sharing
- Phone numbers shared only after buyer pays unlock fee
- Contact sharing is for legitimate transaction purposes only
- Misuse of contact information may result in account termination
10. Account Termination

- You may delete your account at any time through the app
- Active listings will be removed upon account deletion
- Some data may be retained for legal and safety purposes
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Repeated community guideline violations
- Safety concerns or risk to other users
10.3 Effect of Termination
- Loss of access to account and listings
- No refund of paid fees
- Continued application of relevant Terms provisions
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Beehive Baby is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of user listings or information
- Quality or safety of items sold through the platform
- Completion of transactions between users
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
11.2 User Transaction Responsibility
- Transactions occur directly between users
- We are not party to sales agreements
- Users are responsible for inspecting items before purchase
- We do not handle payments between users
11.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Property Brokers shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from user-to-user transactions
- Third-party actions or content
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 User Disputes
- Disputes between users should be resolved directly
- We may provide contact information but do not mediate disputes

12.2 Platform Disputes
For disputes with Digital Property Brokers:
